Dad drove us 1.5 hours to Galilee in Narragansett Rhode Island to take the 1 hour ferry to Block Island. It was worth it!

In Galilee, the sea gulls are huge and make a mess! They do no discriminate but I suspect they find the cleanest vehicle to relive themselves. We parked as far away as we could from the building. Dad’s truck did not take any damage.

So many sea gulls.
The birds are quiet large.
That is from the sea gulls.
They don’t judge…they just roost.

While on the island, the kids swam in the ‘real’ ocean…not the gulf coast. The water here was clear and cold.

A resturaunt on Block Island had this on their menu.
Lobster roll
Very clear water & cold.
Jill is ready for the ocean!
It was cold. Yes, I’m wearing a jacket.
They had a lot of fun together.
Heh, heh…do you see the crack?

Beautiful pictures. The lobster roll looked delish.
